"I wholeheartedly can’t want to get rid of this insurance. I cannot stand this office. Every time I call I hear something different. If you want to change anything about your coverage you have to call at least 3 times to get it done. There’s an older lady that answers the phone— I’m not sure of her name but she tends to screw up everything when it comes to my policy. Then there’s one I’m pretty sure is Vanessa, who will tell me something completely different than what the older lady discussed when I call back. For example one person tells you to come in and sign something and then another will tell you that’s not necessary. When I came in to watch the video for the “good student” discount the TV wasn’t even working. Everything about this place has been unreliable and NONE of the information is consistent. I honestly can’t wait to not need this insurance company anymore. I would never recommend this office to anyone unless you’re desperate like I was."
